Spiral

What is the Spiral and why should you implement it in your life:

The Spiral is a deep emotional baggage-clearing process, the process of going through The Spiral is equivalent to about 7 years of personal development in 7 weeks. Whether you want to get over your challenges or unlock your potential, or expand your consciousness, the Spiral delivers results.

The Spiral is a powerful modality that combines Kinesiology muscle testing, Spiral Dynamics, The Scale of Consciousness, Chinese meridian points, NLP and the Chakra System.

The Spiral process itself is a 7 stage process (going up through the chakras), that root clears and balances 22 emotions, working directly with your subconscious mind to uncover hidden behavioural patterns that are preventing you from moving forward, it then helps you clear and up level in a seemingly magical way.

It is a powerful transformational tool (which can be likened to an emotional and energetic boot camp) that helps remove whatever is in the way to getting what you really want.
It is called The Spiral because, by starting at the base chakra and moving up through the chakras, we are able to work our way around and up, it is a ladder of evolution.

How does The Spiral work?

The Spiral works with the subconscious mind, i.e. the part of us that forms 97% of us that is below our conscious awareness. Our conscious mind forms just 3%.

Through the use of muscle testing and an emotions chart, the practitioner is able to bypass the conscious mind and tap into the wisdom of the body. With permission to access your energy field, the practitioner will be able to tune in and identify which emotions and ages you had 3 significant anchoring events that caused an imprint to form within the emotion and formed an anchoring of emotions linked to a main emotion, i.e. shame. We may not consciously remember these moments of anchoring... but our body remembers. This anchoring forms our stories and our conditioning.

Each week your practitioner will guide you in root clearing the emotional imprints within 3 key emotions, for example, in level 1 (base chakra level, each week you go up via the chakras aka your energy centres) shame, guilt and dogma are root cleared (clearing 22 emotions by the time you finish level 7 aka crown chakra level).

Shining a light on the unconscious, allows us to bring it into conscious awareness, so we can release it and let it go. The result is a whole new perspective, not being held back from the past, it changes your relationship with the emotion and speeds up your ability to let go.

What are the levels of The Spiral?
The Spiral has 7 levels and each level has a different theme, starting at the Base Chakra going up to the Crown Chakra:
  • Level 1 (Base Chakra) is all about - SELF WORTH & DESERVING
  • Level 2 (Sacral Chakra) is all about - CREATIVITY & PROACTIVITY
  • Level 3 (Solar Plexus Chakra) is all about - POWER & SELF-CONFIDENCE
  • Level 4 (Heart Chakra) is all about - LOVE & RECEIVING
  • Level 5 (Throat Chakra) is all about - SELF-ESTEEM & EXPRESSION
  • Level 6 (Third Eye Chakra) is all about - VISION & CLARITY
  • Level 7 (Crown Chakra) is all about - PURPOSE & DIVINITY

What is the connection between The Spiral and Spiral Dynamics?

Spiral Dynamics is one of the many modalities that influenced the creation of The Spiral. Spiral Dynamics is based on the concept of human development that describes how individuals and societies evolve over time. It describes a series of levels of consciousness, each of which is characterised by a different set of values, beliefs, and behaviours. The Spiral uses these levels of consciousness (along with the chakras and scale of consciousness) as a framework for exploring and releasing unhelpful conditioning and stories about ourselves and the world, as well as developing greater self-awareness and consciousness.

How can The Spiral be integrated with other therapeutic modalities?

It is not recommended to undertake any other healing modalities while undertaking The Spiral, the reason for this is because it is such a powerful process in itself, that you need to give it space and time to work its magic. You also do not want to overload your nervous system by doing too many things.

How does The Spiral address the mind-body connection?

The Spiral works with your 5 bodies (physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual) and brings conscious awareness to energetic imprints that are sitting within 22 emotions within the 5 bodies and nervous system. Through shining a light on the unconscious, it allows us to bring these imprints into conscious awareness, so we can release it and let it go. The result is a whole new perspective, not being held back from the past, it changes your relationship with the emotion and speeds up your ability to let go. At the end of each Spiral session, your Practitioner will check the integration of your 5 bodies, and offer suggestions to help support this integration during the week between levels, making sure they are all in balance and have the support they need to integrate the process.

How does The Spiral support consciousness development?

The Spiral supports consciousness development by working with David Hawkins’ ‘Scale of Consciousness’. Over the 7 stage process, The Spiral guides clients to release the emotional and energetic baggage linked to 22 emotions, by releasing the stories and conditioning linked to these emotions clients are able to set themselves free from the baggage of the past. This has a powerful ongoing effect on your life and raises your consciousness. The Spiral modality was created to raise the consciousness of the planet, one individual at a time. Through this process, clients can develop greater self-awareness, which can lead to profound personal growth and transformation.

What are the potential benefits and limitations of The Spiral?

The potential benefits of The Spiral include greater confidence, self-awareness, personal growth and transformation, and resolution of past traumas. The Spiral can also be an effective tool for opening your heart to love, increasing your self expression, connecting to your purpose, creativity and much more. However, The Spiral may not be appropriate for everyone, as it can be a lot for the nervous system to process, you need to be able to face and allow yourself to feel the emotions which may come to the surface during the process. It is important for clients to work with a trained practitioner who can support them through the process and help them determine whether The Spiral is the right approach for their needs and goals.
