Pre-Release Preparation
Before beginning, the practitioner helps the client establish a clear intention for the session. The practitioner ensures that the client is in a relaxed, receptive state, which sets the stage for a successful emotional release. At this point the practitioner will invite in loving energetic guidance to support the session.

Identifying Trapped Emotions
Through muscle testing, the practitioner identifies which trapped emotions need to be cleared. This may involve asking the client to focus on specific areas of tension or emotional triggers.

The Magnet Sweep Technique
Once the trapped emotions have been identified, the practitioner uses a magnet to help clear them from the energy field. The magnet is passed along the governing meridian to release the trapped emotions energetically.

Proper Magnet Placement
The magnet is typically used along the spine, moving from the top of the head down to the base of the spine. This helps release the emotional energy and balance the body.

Confirmation Testing
After the sweep, the practitioner tests to ensure the emotion has been cleared. If any emotions remain, further muscle testing is done to release them fully.

  • Chloe was feeling a lack of motivation towards taking action on her goals. She was constantly putting others' needs before her own as a way to keep herself busy and avoid taking action. After one session, the intensity of her issue (lack of motivation) went from a 7 to a 2. She left the session feeling energised, refreshed and encouraged to take consistent action. 

  • Bethany came to me with very painful family issues. She loved her family deeply and felt the rift in her family strongly. She had always wanted to fix these rifts immediately as a result of how deeply these conflicts affected her. After one session, she was amazed that she didn’t experience any of the distress she would normally feel about the issue. She felt calm and balanced in a way she could not previously. 

  • Steve came to our first session feeling like he was blocking his flow of abundance. Within 15 minutes his intensity of this energy went from a high 8 to low 3. That’s just 15 minutes of this work and we will continue to work on this issue in his upcoming sessions.
