There are many different styles of yoga. From vinyasa flows full of movement, to more subtle practices going lunar or towards Hatha. With the beautiful option to slow right down to a practice such as yin. I feel there is a type of yoga for everyone and have found in the past once finding a practice you enjoy often this slowly draws the interest to start exploring more

Before finding yoga or certain practices to help our movement and flexibility most of us are not flexible! I was no different. But as with yoga there is no expectation to be doing anything that doesn’t serve you on that day. As teachers we understand and will always offer modifications and props to help ease the body through a class especially when beginning a journey in yoga. As with everything in life we have to start somewhere and that is truely loved and respected. There is never any necessary worry of being too inflexible 🙏🏼

Yoga is a space where we can leave all the judgment and expectation at the door. There is no right or wrong, good or bad. It’s purely a moment designed for you to be at home with yourself on your mat able to embrace yourself in whatever way serves you. No pressure or expectation just you, your mind, your body, your spirit
