I would recommend at least 10 sessions of rebirthing breathwork to really unlock the breathing mechanisms and relax the nervous system so you feel safe to really start to release at a deep level.

Yes. I offer a range of tools and modalities that I have used for my own healing over the years. Depending on the person and what is coming up in the initial session, we can do a combination of naturopathy, bodytalk / reiki energy healing, breathwork, yoga / meditation and intuitive readings to get holistic outcomes.

Bodytalk, a little like kinesiology, helps your body to tap into its own vast information stores and healing capabilities and bring the nervous system back into balance.
