What Is PSYCH-K® and Can It Change Your Subconscious Beliefs?

A PSYCH-K® facilitator and intuitive energy healer explains how subconscious belief changes works - and why it reaches what willpower, positive thinking, and talk therapy often can't.

It was during COVID lockdowns that I discovered PSYCH-K®. Quarantines provided the dedicated time to do deep inner work. What PSYCH-K® helped me with, more than anything, was with my mind. Finally shifting thoughts. Stopping repeating patterns and calming a busy mind.

What is the subconscious and how does PSYCH-K® work?

Your subconscious mind is hugely involved in your life. In the thoughts you have and the words you say. You're subconscious mind holds among other things, all your past traumas, past emotions and past experiences. Thus why it is so large.

Your life is conscious. Your life also is unconscious. Life is a series of role plays. If you want to be more conscious (in the now) then you will need to allow all that is held in the subconscious to be balanced.

PSYCH-K® was first introduced as whole brain techniques (ways to balance the mind). A method to meet your higher-self.

One by one a stress (memory) or a belief held by the subconscious is balanced. Giving you the option to be more conscious.

Why do we keep repeating patterns even when we want to change and how does PSYCH-K® influence?

You're life is actions. The thoughts however, held by the subconscious, will influence. Words held by the subconscious, will also influence. So your life isn't always working out how you would like. Because your mind is out-of-balance. Trauma mostly impact this.

If you can hold a balanced mind, your ability to make positive shift emerges.

When you are balance, conscious (or in the 'now') you work for your best and highest good.

So why do we repeat patterns?

Lets take for example, how you show up as a parent. If you are balanced, and therefore mindful, your conscious and subconscious mind can cooperate. Your parenting approach is strong.

If you are out-of-balanced. Or stressed, overwhelmed, tired and still living in your traumas, your subconscious will be playing most of the thoughts in your head and the words coming out your mouth. We have all had experiences of this.

Patterns in parenting can look like - not being loving when you are angry. Or yelling. Or saying a lot of the same words your parents used.

Patterns can also be behaviours. Your own mother, for example, did a certain thing when you were in trouble. So you do the same. Or how your father did or didn't communicate.

If you are wanting to stop the patterns. Your conscious mind needs to be in charge. Will power. But if you are stressed or triggered your subconscious takes over.

Will power and positive affirmations work. However most people have too many mini or even major traumas around a topic. So will power alone won't work.

Talk therapy is great. Using the conscious mind to bring down from the subconscious mind past emotions and trauma. However if the emotions from the past aren't cleared (energetically) and the old beliefs rebalanced. The subconscious will again be in charge next time you are triggered.

PSYCH-K® can help. I've worked with many people. Taking them back (using my psychic skills, psychic counselling) to key memories. Helping the person to clear (using energy healing and emotion code) then using PSYCH-K® whole brain techniques to rebalance beliefs.

What is PSYCH-K®?

PSYCH-K® is a modality developed by Rob Williams in 1988. A tool box of whole-brain integration techniques to identify and rewrite limiting subconscious beliefs.

From a neuroscience point of view, making a whole-brain (balanced) state for the mind, helps make the subconscious more positive. Removing emotions, stress and triggers.

PSYCH-K® is used to identify limiting beliefs. For example, 'I am not lovable' or 'I don't deserve to be treated well'. It then helps to re-wire the mind. Deleting the limiting belief and uses muscle testing to confirm you hold the positive belief 'I am lovable', for example.

What are examples of some traumas that result in negative subconscious beliefs?

Almost any major trauma can result in the subconscious creating multiple limiting (negative) beliefs. It's how the subconscious learns what to protect you from and therefore influences your actions.

For example. A client held the belief that they 'deserved to be treated badly'. Thus attracting multiple abusive partners.

Another client held the belief that 'only they could provide themself with love' and resulted in them never having a relationship.

Traumas can include birth trauma, sexual abuse, loss of a loved one, physical abuse, relationship break-ups, parent's divorce, accidents, injuries, hospital stays etc.

Mini traumas throughout life, particularly in childhood can also create limiting (negative) beliefs. Examples of mini traumas are - teacher disagreeing with you, feeling embarrassed in a group, first pet dying, parents punishing you, sibling being born.

What subconscious beliefs topics does PSYCH-K® commonly address?

  • Self-Esteem. Do you trust yourself? Accept and support yourself? Feel self-assured?
  • Self-Worth. Do you view yourself kindly? Do you expect and want the best?
  • Self - Love. Are you your own best friend? Do you love yourself unconditionally?
  • Change. Do you feel equipped for change? Do you hold a positive outlook?
  • Relationships. Do you feel like you're true self in a relationship? Do you feel worthy of a loving relationship?
  • Grief and Loss. Can you accept when things go? Are you worthy of loving if something is over?
  • Resiliency. Can you recover? Can you see the gift in adversity?
  • Parenting. Are you a natural parent? Can you see yourself as a great parent?
  • Spirituality. Are you of the divine? Can you openly surrender to the flow?
  • Personal power. Do you believe in yourself? Hold all personal power?
  • Health and the physical body. Do you enjoy looking after yourself? Hold a positive association with your body?
  • Pain. Do you learn from pain? Are you willing to look for answers?
  • Sense of safety. Do you feel safe? Do you hold a sense of security?
  • Boundaries. Do you hold positive boundaries? Can you set a positive boundary?
  • Wealth and prosperity. Do you trust yourself with money? Do you feel deserving?

Can PSYCH-K® deprogram words?

People can hold negative responses to words which can cause issues. For example, a teacher can repeatedly say a word in a harsh voice. This is stored in your subconscious. Each time you hear or say that word a response is drawn from the subconscious.

PSYCH-K® can assist your subconscious to deprogram words.

Why do I incorporate PSYCH-K® for a client?

As a intuitive energy healer, PSYCH-K® provides a foundation. Helping to steer the session. Clients feel more comfortable with both the energy clearing and the conscious/subconscious mind work.

Consciously many clients need to address issues. What working with hundreds of clients has taught me is that energy healing alone isn't enough. Or talk therapy alone doesn't work. Subconscious beliefs have be identified and PSYCH-K® does this.

How did I find PSYCH-K®?

Helping people live a healthy and happy life has always been my passion. Previously a health coach and specialising in natural health and gut health. PSYCH-K® was another layer.

When I discovered PSYCH-K®, there was an intuitive calling. Something inside sent me to message a friend. What she offered was a remote healing as an introduction, via messages. Online sessions followed. PSYCH-K® finds you.

If you are looking to change a pattern or behaviour and haven't found something that has work - I'd invite you to consider a PSYCH-K® Healing Session. Every session is individualised to you, following your higherself's direction. Subconscious mind and belief work is a real way to finally shift.
