How fasting & detoxification can help you take control of your health

Hi, my name is Saxon Fischer-Gray and I am a fasting and detoxification specialist. Now, you may be wondering what the hell that even means to be a fasting and detoxification specialist, so let me elaborate.

Pain and sickness has become normal in our world.

It’s normal to be sick, it’s normal to be on medication and it’s normal to depend on others for your health.
Only, it’s not. It’s not normal.

We are not supposed to be sick. We are not supposed to be in pain.

That is an indication that something is wrong. That somewhere along the way, things have gone astray.
So what is there to do about it?

Do you throw in the towel and resign yourself to a life of pain, to a life of low energy and a life dependent on medication?

Or do you take control of your own health, of your own body?

Your body knows how to heal itself. Make no mistake, it knows how to fix the problems that you’re suffering from. We see it every day. When we cut our hands open, burn our skin or have the flu. Our body will fix the problem. The same is true of any condition, even those that are seemingly incurable. Your body can heal from anything, it just needs to be given the opportunity.

That’s where fasting and detoxification comes in. Healing, like everything else in the body, requires energy and one of the largest consumers of energy in the body is digestion. Everytime we eat, all the digestive organs have to play a part in order for the food to be properly digested, absorbed, utilised and finally eliminated. This includes your stomach, small and large intestine, pancreas, liver, gallbladder and your kidneys. It’s a huge process and it requires a lot of energy and in the modern world where we eat from the moment we wake up, throughout the entire day and often right up until we go to bed, it means there is little energy left for the body to put towards healing and detoxification.

Now obviously digestion of healthy food is a fundamental part of a healthy human body however, when an individual is chronically sick and in need of healing, a period of time without food, otherwise known as fasting, is an incredibly powerful way to detox the body and ultimately heal whatever sickness that individual is dealing with. The reason for this is because when we fast for an extended period, the energy that is usually put towards the digestive process, is now available to be redistributed by the body and be put towards any healing and detoxification that needs to take place. Again remember, your body knows what parts of itself are in most need of healing. We all have an innate healing intelligence inside of us that will recognise areas that are inflamed, damaged or dysfunctional and will begin to fix the problem. The more energy the body has, the greater its ability to reverse sickness and disease. This is why fasting is such a powerful tool when it comes to healing!

I have worked with hundreds of clients, guiding them on fasting protocols of varying lengths and have seen incredible healing take place. Healing that some of them had previously been told was not possible. This includes individuals healing from arthritis, cysts, eczema, skin lesions, IBS symptoms and many other conditions.

You are, and always have been, the key to your healing and once you learn the tools such as fasting and detoxing safely and effectively, you can for the first time have control over your health and wellbeing!
