Is Acupuncture safe ?

As a registered Acupuncturist, acupuncture is very safe and gentle. The needles are sterile, single- use, and disposable, which eliminates the risk of infection. Side effects are rare and usually very mild. Sometimes there's slight bruising, lightheadedness, or temporary tenderness at the needle site, but these usually pass quickly.

Is Acupuncture painful ?

I use very fine, small needles. Some points may be more sensitive than others.

How many sessions do I need ?

It really depends on what you're coming for. For facial rejuvenation, a minimum of 8 sessions once a week, depending on age and concerns . For anxiety, migraines, menstrual issues, digestive problems or hormone imbalances. Treatment will be weekly sessions for 6-8 weeks, then moves to maintenance sessions every 2-4 weeks, once progress is steady.
