You can simply receive distance reiki from the comfort of your own home. You can lay down on the bed, sofa or sit. Reiki healing is not a medical procedure. In distance healing, each person feels the energy differently. The changes in the healing process will come at the right time for you. Please drink plenty of water before and after the healing to assistance in the stagnant energy clearing. In the case of if you have an adverse reaction (e.g., headaches, tiredness) after the healing, please just drink plenty of water for the rest of the day and take it nice and easy.

After completion of your booking, you will have access to the initial intake form which is a comprehensive questionnaire which helps me to understand more about your overall health. Also, if you have any recent blood tests, please send the result to me by at least 1 day before the consultation. Your blood test results will help me better understand the state of your health also and how I can best support.
