What is Somatic Breathwork?

Somatic Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to access deeper layers of self-awareness and the subconscious. Often, the body remembers what the mind has not yet found words for. This guided practice supports the body to process stored stress, emotion and long-held patterns, creating space for fresh insight, clarity and reconnection. Held in a nurturing and supportive space, it can support meaningful shifts and a greater sense of peace, balance and wellbeing.

How many sessions will I need?

This really depends on you and what you’re seeking support with. Some people come for a single session and find it deeply supportive, while others choose to work together over a series of sessions for deeper integration and ongoing support. We can explore what feels most supportive for you.

Is this suitable for me if I’m feeling anxious, overwhelmed or new to this work?

Absolutely. Many people come to this work feeling stressed, burnt out, disconnected or unsure of where to begin. My sessions are gentle, trauma-informed and guided at a pace that feels safe and supportive for your body and nervous system, while meeting you where you’re at. You don’t need any prior experience and you’re welcome exactly as you are.
