Can you adjust your pressure to suit me?

Absolutely. At our initial consultation I will discuss what pressure you would like and will check throughout the session to ensure you are comfortable. If at any stage during the treatment you would prefer more or less pressure, I encourage you to let me know.

How many bodywork sessions will I need to see change?

The number of massage sessions you need depends entirely on your goals. Acute injuries or chronic pain often require 1 to 2 sessions per week initially. General wellness, deep rest and rejuvenation and nervous system regulation benefit from 1 to 2 sessions per month.

Intuitive bodywork is a holistic healing practice that combines traditional massage therapy with intuitive perception. Instead of using a fixed routine, I listen to your body's subtle cues, adapting combined techniques of energy flow, fascial release, remedial massage and breathwork to your unique physical and energetic needs.
