How do I know if you're the right mentor for my teenager?

I provide a free 20 minute discovery call before any financial commitments. I offer this call as I believe each teenager should hold the power to decide whether or not I am the right mentor for them to embark on this beautiful journey with. It is an opportunity to connect, ask questions and get to know one another. Both teens and parents/carers are welcome on the call.

How much do you charge per session?

I charge $87 per session (there is a minimum purchase of 4 sessions for new clients at a discounted rate): Package 1 - 4x 1hour sessions = $320 or Package 2 - 8x 1hour sessions = $600.

What are some of the topics covered throughout the sessions?

Each program is individualised to meet the needs of each teen. However, to give you an idea with past clients, we have worked on topics such as: Confidence, self esteem and values. Growth mindset, strengths and optimism. Emotions, thoughts, worries and fears. Coping strategies, relaxation techniques and mindfulness. Friendships, communication and bullying. Body image, body positivity and body confidence.

What does a typical mentoring session look like?

Each mentoring session is one hour long and is delivered on Zoom with myself and the participant. We start each session with 2 minutes of deep breathing to fully relax, settle and ground into the session. We then both express our BIG shares for the week, which covers praises for something achieved in that week, intentions for the week and gratitude. My sessions are accompanied with a slide show on the specific topic being covered - your teen will then receive this slide show to their emails post the session to re-cap at home whenever they like. The sessions are a mixture of education, discussions and fun activities. Accompanied with homework tasks to do at home that following week to integrate what has been learnt within that session.
