How will Reiki help me during a session?

Well, everything is connected deep down to your energy levels, and sometimes your tank is overflowing or quite the opposite. Hence, using Reiki will help you rebalance your energy levels. Feeling more centred and aligned with your higher self, in other words with your true self.

How many sessions of counselling/coaching are recommended?

I am a strong believer of personalised therapy, therefore I'd rather start working with you and then, discuss how many sessions might be needed. Sometimes, to overcome an issue or bring you on a different light path, you might need to take a couple of sessions, also combining with Reiki. In the end, it's all about communication and openness.

What does therapy to Happiness mean?

Entering into a therapy to Happiness, is all about working your way to changes and being able to see your world with a different type of magnifier. Through the sessions we will be able to build a strong trustworthy relation that will help you release, unlock and manifest a journey to Happiness.
