No. SSP and RRP are delivered online through a secure app, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Guidance and support are provided throughout the process to ensure the experience is tailored to your individual needs

What is the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) and Rest & Restore Protocol (RRP)?

SSP and RRP are listening-based interventions developed from Polyvagal Theory. Using specially filtered music, these programs are designed to support nervous system regulation, helping individuals experience greater calm, resilience, emotional regulation, and a sense of safety and connection.
