That will depend on what your body needs. I usually move energy with and for clients regardless of the modality. I might do acupressure points massage to release those spots from the energy when I feel you need it, that's when I use Reiki. During sessions, clients often go into past lives so we can discuss and walk you through your past lives. I also use a hypnotic technique to get you into a past life and to speak to your subconscious mind. I also might use tuning forks for chakra healing and sound bowls to open up you body. Or guide a meditation or a breatwork so that you body opens up to healing.

There is no way for me to know how quickly someone will make progress. It depends on your commitment level and how much you want it. If I see that we are going around in circles I might suggest that we change the approach or that your commitment is not sufficient for progress to appear. You don't have to settle on a modality, the approach will be tailored to your needs.

I help people with low and hyperactive libido, sex addictions, sexual traumas and dysfunctions. There is no nudity or sexual touching during the sessions. I also help couples to regain the spar if their libidos are not matched. I'm also a Trantra practitioner. I usually offer guidance in changing routines, mindsets, and lifestyles on top of behavioral and psychological exercises that I give as homework.
