How effective is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy works on the principle that changing your thoughts can change your life. Positive self-talk and visualisation can rewrite negative beliefs, helping individuals overcome issues like anxiety, phobias, and unhelpful habits. Having a recording to listen to everyday ensures that the subconscious mind fully accepts the new suggestions.

What exactly is hypnotherapy ?

Hypnotherapy is a powerful therapeutic tool that taps into the subconscious mind to foster positive change. By guiding individuals into a deeply relaxed, trance-like state, hypnotherapy allows the mind to become more receptive to constructive suggestions. This state of heightened focus is similar to being engrossed in a captivating film or book.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually we can get to the root of the problem very quickly with Hypnotherapy so you will feel a change straight away. It's advised to have three sessions but depends on the individual.
