What can I expect to feel after energy work?

Everyone experiences energy work differently. Some people feel instantly lighter and peaceful, while others may continue integrating and releasing over a few days. Gentle self-care, rest, hydration, and spending time in nature can help your energy settle.

How long is a session?

Most sessions run for 60 minutes, including time for a short consultation before and grounding afterwards. I also offer extended sessions or packages for deeper healing and transformation.

Do I need to prepare for the session?

You don’t need to do anything special; simply come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. Wearing comfortable clothing and staying hydrated before and after your session can help support the flow of energy.

What are the benefits of an energy healing session?

Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, lighter, and more centred after a session. Regular healing can help with stress relief, emotional release, improved sleep, enhanced clarity, energetic balance, and a renewed sense of calm and connection. What happens during a healing session?

Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored to your energy on the day. I blend modalities such as Crystal Healing, Reiki, Sound Bowls (Tibetan & Crystal bowls), and Colour Therapy to balance your chakras, calm the nervous system, and restore harmony to your mind, body, and spirit. You’ll simply rest comfortably (fully clothed) while I work with your energy field using crystals, sound, and light touch or hands-off techniques.
