Reiki is helpful for: - Managing stress and anxiety - Relaxation - Emotional issues - To feel more centred and balanced - Trouble sleeping - To explore energy or spirituality - Health problems, illness or injury and more I am attuned with both Usui and Kundalini Reiki. This means I can not only offer you a hands-on healing treatment, but also long distance treatments. My level 3 Mastership means I can attune you with the ability to heal yourself and others if you wish. Reiki works not only on people, but also to heal animals, plants, inanimate objects, situations, places and even karmic bands (energetic relationships) between people.

This will be different for everyone. "One hit wonders" are in every way possible but not guaranteed. On average, people report dramatic improvements in their life or given issue within 3 sessions. Sometimes it takes a little longer to chip away at the layers preventing us from emotional freedom. I encourage my clients to come into their sessions free from any expectations or attachments to outcomes. Keeping an attitude of openness and curiosity at the forefront of your mind is always helpful.

Reiki (pronounced 'ray-key') originated in Japan and is a hands-on healing practice with a wealth of benefits. Reiki breaks down energy blocks and balances the mind, body, and spirit. Regular Reiki treatment promotes the consistent and unblocked flow of energy throughout the body.

EFT stands for 'Emotional Freedom Techniques'. It's generally known as 'Tapping' because it works by physically tapping on acupressure points around the face, hands and upper body while you focus on an issue for resolution. It is a self-applied relaxation tool that is clinically found to reduce cortisol in the body (a marker of stress). A Tapping practitioner will typically help you identify the most appropriate cognitive statements about your issue while guiding you through the points, with the aim of helping you find greater peace in your mind and body. It is empowering in every way.
