What is a mentoring session?

A mentoring session is generally 90 minutes long and is very dependent on where you're at in your life and what you're needing at the time. Below is an outline of what a session could involve: - A judgement free space for you to be heard and seen - Space for you to discover the answers that are already within you - Breathing techniques that you can take home with you - Emotional change technique; which is similar to timeline therapy that is a really great way of supporting you to process an emotion and discovering resources/tools that can support you moving forward - developing deeper self-trust and self-understanding - creating more capacity for presence, clarity and grounded decision making *please note this is not counselling and does not replace seeing your psychologist/counsellor/GP etc. It is a great complementary service to all of those modalities and pairs very well with breathwork

What is a medium reading?

A medium reading is an hour long session, where we connect in to people or pets in your life who have passed away. I say "we" because I find that doing these sessions are a co-creation. It isn't just me connecting in with your loved ones, it's the 2 of us connecting in together and then allowing the messages to come through from there. *This is not a psychic reading; I cannot tell your future

Do I have to have experience in breathwork to complete a session?

Not at all, no experience is required to do either types of breathwork that we do
