I offer Kundalini Activation, Reiki & Sensory Energetics, which are all gentle yet powerful energy-based modalities that support nervous system regulation, emotional release & energetic realignment. Each session works with your body’s natural intelligence to release stored tension, clear energetic blockages & restore balance. Through a combination of energy transmission, intentional presence, sound & sensory awareness, your system is supported in returning to a state of harmony. These modalities help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, supporting clarity, grounding, emotional wellbeing & inner alignment.

What can I expect during a session?

You will lie down comfortably, in a safe & supportive environment while music & carefully guided energetic facilitation support your experience. Each session is unique. You may feel deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, emotional release, subtle movement or a sense of calm & clarity. Some experiences are gentle, while others can feel more expansive. Everything unfolds according to what your body and nervous system are ready for. There is nothing you need to do. Your role is simply to relax & allow your system to receive.

How will I feel after a session?

Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, clearer & more connected to themselves. These modalities can support emotional release, reduce stress & help regulate the nervous system.
