The difference between the one off session (New Moon) and my package sessions (Half and Full Moon) is: The one off session (New Moon) does NOT include: - Postpartum education and planning - One breakfast or one main meal.( Only a small snack and drink is included) - Any gifts - Access to me via phone during our time together - Access to my private group of mamas where I hold monthly online mothers circles until your baby is one

This session is like your birth preparation and education class, except that its for your postpartum time. This is an intensive education session, online, that goes through every aspect of the postpartum. Starting with your physical body, brain and hormones. About traditional cultures and the protocols they introduce to create vitality and health for the new mama. Setting up your space and planning practical things like meals, other children etc. Setting up realistic expectations around certain things which occur in the postpartum eg/ relationships, breastfeeding, other children etc. I also spend a good portion of the time going through breastfeeding and breastfeeding education.

When booking in my Half moon or Full moon package it is best to book in whilst you are pregnant. The reason for this is I offer a complimentary prenatal education and planning session for your postpartum. This session is invaluable for any mama whether you are a first time or multiple time parent and is the same as the online education and planning session that I offer. Once baby is here, depending on which package you have chosen, I see you either once a week or twice a week and bring you nourishing foods specific to your postpartum recovery and tend to you depending on your needs. Bodywork is incorporated into these sessions, however this is dependant on the type of birth you have and when the bodywork can commence. You will also have access to me during the time we are working together and you can call or text me with any questions or concerns you may have about what is happening to you. Once our sessions are up, I add you into a collective group with other mamas I have been supporting and you have access to this group until your baby turns one. In this group you can continue to ask questions and share resources with other mamas, as well as I hold once a month online video calls to check in and have conversations about what is happening and provide support. I also offer some lovely bonuses to help you during the postpartum time.

I have completed extra training and education specifically to do with the traditional cultures around the world, who understand the importance of the postpartum time. These cultures share wisdom from thousands and thousands of years and I implement their wisdom into my work. I am specifically trained in Ayurvedic postpartum care and incorporate specific nutrition and diet for the new mama, specific protocols for rest and healing, as well as bodywork (massage, belly massage etc) to promote optimal healing after having your baby. The belief is when you treat a mama in this way, the mama will have better health and vitality for many years to come.

This depends on the type of birth you have had: Vaginal birth with minimal complications I advise at least 2-3 weeks before massage. Vaginal birth with moderate to severe complications I would suggest waiting for 6 weeks. Cesarean birth waiting at least 6 weeks. For Abyhanga massage, you need to wait at least 21 days postpartum for vaginal birth and 3 months postpartum for cesarean birth.
