I usually suggest working for a minimum of 8-12 sessions. Sessions run once per week for 60 minutes, and we will always agree on action steps for you to take in between sessions to keep you moving towards your desired outcome. However, we are human and we are all unique, and continuously evolving. As you let go of old limiting beliefs, you will take on more responsibility and with this you will be faced with new challenges. So sometimes clients like to continue working together on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Equally, I have clients who have found sufficient change in the space of 4 sessions.

Time Line Therapy® is advanced form of NLP. These life changing techniques allow people to let go of negative emotions from the past like anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt with effortless ease. Time Line Therapy® techniques also allow individual to let go of limiting decisions like “I am not good enough”, “I am not worthy of success” and any other limiting beliefs and decisions which are no longer serving you and which are holding you back from living the life you truly deserve and desire. It provides practical tools and techniques to help improve communication, understand our own thinking patterns, and create positive changes in our lives. To break it down simply: Neuro: Refers to our neurology, our mind, and how we experience the world through our senses. It involves how we perceive information, process it, and store it in our minds.
 Linguistic: Focuses on the language we use and how it shapes our thoughts and experiences. Our words and the way we communicate internally and externally impact our perception of reality.
 Programming: Refers to the patterns of thoughts, behaviors, and emotions we have developed over time. These patterns can be both conscious and unconscious, and NLP helps us understand and change them to achieve desired outcomes.
 NLP techniques involve using language and communication to reframe negative thoughts, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop more effective strategies for personal growth and success. It offers ways to rewire our thinking, improve self-awareness, and create positive change in our lives by aligning our thoughts, language, and behaviours.
