Active cancer unless under medical supervision Clearance is required because lymph movement is involved in immune and cellular transport pathways. Recent major surgery with complications Unless advised by your surgeon or treating practitioner. Certain autoimmune or inflammatory flare-ups Depending on severity, clearance may be required.
