After each Emotion Code / Body Code session you’ll receive a written report outlining what was identified, released, or reset. You’ll also be advised on the time it may take to process and integrate the changes. This processing period is a natural part of the healing, and it supports the body and mind in restoring balance. Responses vary from person to person. Sometimes you may feel tired as your body adjusts, while most people notice a sense of lightness or relief soon after.

Every Emotion Code / Body Code session is unique because the subconscious guides us to what needs attention. During an Emotion Code / Body Code session we’ll briefly discuss the challenges you’d like to address. You don’t need to go into great detail — the beauty of this work is that the subconscious guides us to what needs to be released in order to improve the challenge. Sessions are conducted over Zoom for ease and comfort. Alternatively, after an initial call, the session can be carried out offline and a detailed report sent to you via email. Because sessions are remote, I use muscle testing on myself to receive yes‑or‑no answers and work through the system to identify what comes up for release and rebalancing. Once an imbalance — such as a trapped emotion, negative thought, or misalignment — is found, it is released using a simple technique with a magnet along the governing meridian.
