What is holistic wellbeing coaching & who is it for?

A collaborative and client-led process, we work as a team to look at what’s draining you, reconnect you with your own intuition, and map small, realistic steps towards a more nourished you. It’s for anyone who keeps everyone else going while their own needs come last, finds health advice too loud or contradictory, or has tried plans before that felt too hard to sustain. You don’t need to have a specific goal to start, we can find the best path forward together.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not a clinical or medical service, and it doesn’t replace therapy, counselling or medical advice. Sessions aren’t eligible for Medicare or private health fund rebates.

Do I have to book more than one session?

No. Your first session stands on its own. If a follow-up would help, we’ll decide together. A 30-minute check-in is available to review your steps, or you may feel ready to take it from here.

How much does it cost & how does cancellation work?

A 60-minute deep dive or initial session is $120. A 30-minute accountability session is $80. You can change or cancel through your Bodhi account. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund. With less notice, refunds aren’t available, but I may offer a credit towards a future session at my discretion.
