What do I wear to a session.

Whatever you feel most comfortable in. However generally pants are helpful, if we are looking at structural or physical issues.

How do sessions work.

Talk. Rest. Release. Sessions usually begin with a chat sitting down. Then you move to the table for somatic work, where I look for the tension stored in your joints and fascia. Using acupoints and holistic counseling we move the energy gently revealing what's underneath the tension. Sessions usually end with a relaxation process where you're able to integrate the session. Online sessions lean more on conversation, while still working with the body in a thoughtful, connected way. The depth of work remains the same.

What is Holistic Kinesiology

As a holistic kinesiologist, my work is a blend of Eastern and Western modalities. My work is rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine and informed by the structural analysis of chiropractic’s. I use a blend of acupressure, counselling, body work, and energetics to help you find relief, clarity and ultimately nourishment for your soul. I use muscles monitoring when needed to bypass the analytical mind and get to the root of the stress. Together we look for the emotion that needs releasing that's causing the stiff neck, the stress that is affecting the gut, the cycles that keep you stuck in the same old patterns.
