How many Kinesiology / Meditation / Traditional Chinese Medicine sessions do I need?

Shifts happen in each Kinesiology / Meditation / Traditional Chinese Medicine session. Bigger shifts by the 3rd. Larger shifts by the 6th. This journey is a commitment to Self. We work session by session towards a goal/goals. Every journey is unique, uncovering more about ourselves and learning how we can support ourselves.

Why should I choose Kinesiology?

Kinesiology works with the subconscious mind. Using energy work, holistic counselling and Traditional Chinese Medicine, combined with muscle testing we bypass the conscious mind to work with the subconscious. Seeing where there is dis-ease between the two. For example, you're struggling to meet your life goals but you're unsure why you can't commit to the schedule you have set yourself. There is a sub conscious belief as to why you cannot commit to this schedule. My sessions dive into this, to allow you to understand yourself better. To shine a light on our limiting beliefs and transforming them to create positive behaviours. Working on ourselves in this holistic manner transforms our lives on multiple levels. We are mind, body, and spirit. Working with one level creates change in another. Changing our lives to align with our most authentic selves.

Can you do Kinesiology and Energy Healing online?

Yes! Kinesiology and Energy Healing is as potent in an online session as face to face. Modalities I include are holistic counselling, Nervous System Regulation, Inner Child Work, Meditation and many more that support this work. We are all energy, energetic exchange is happening via phone and zoom calls. Through the spoken word, being seen and heard and witnessing. Muscle testing is still used online, I test myself as I am already connected to your unique energy field.
