Will you work with my GP?

Yes. I'm happy to work alongside your GP and will refer you to medical care whenever it's needed.

Iridology is a traditional practice that involves observing the patterns, colours and structures of the iris as part of a holistic assessment. In my practice, I use iridology as a complementary perspective to help guide a broader conversation about an individual's health, constitution and wellbeing. Within traditional iridology, different iris regions are associated with particular organs and body systems, and practitioners interpret these patterns as possible indicators of constitutional tendencies or imbalances.

What happens in the first consultation?

Your first session is a complete picture of your body and mind which can take 60 to 90 minutes. 1. Iris imaging. I take a photo of your iris with an iridoscope and we look at it together as a starting point for our conversation. 2. Your full story. I ask about your health, medical history, medications, lifestyle, habits, sleep, stress and anything else that matters to you. 3. Medication and supplement check. I review everything you take to make sure it's safe and check for any interactions. 4. Your personalised plan. You leave with an individual diet plan and, if needed, supplement recommendations. 5. Life map. We finish with a Jungian archetype life map to explore your personality, the patterns holding you back, and what you need to feel whole and balanced. If anything needs medical attention, I'll liaise with your GP so you get the right care.
