Yes. It can be amazingly effective and also very relaxing. You'll love it!
Timing varies depending on what we will be working on. Generally, expect to spend an and hour to an hour and a half at your first session and then an hour for others. A free Discovery Call is provided to briefly talk about what you require and what I can design for you.
All you need to do is have a desire to work with me to help you. During the session I will ask you to sit comfortably and listen to my voice. That is all.
