Are there any contraindications for receiving a Biofield Tuning session?

If you have been recently diagnosed with cancer or a terminal illness, if you are pregnant, or have recently sustained an acute concussion, I ask you to please refrain from booking a full Biofield Tuning session. Individual arrangements can be discussed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

How many Biofield Tuning sessions do I need to experience before I can expect to receive benefits from Biofield Tuning?

Biofield Tuning is cumulative; every session builds on the one prior to it. Biofield Tuning trains the energetic system of the body to flow in a harmonious way. If a person has had long-term, extreme, non-beneficial inputs via their external or internal environment, it will take longer to achieve balance. In general, younger people respond more quickly than older people. Generally, a minimum of three sessions is recommended to begin. Often, a presenting symptom can be cleared within three sessions. If there is no change in a condition after three sessions then it is likely that Biofield Tuning will not be able to help in this particular situation.

Who may benefit from Biofield Tuning?

People come for a Biofield Tuning session for a variety of reasons. Although Biofield Tuning is not intended as a medical treatment, many people have reported improvement with concerns such as stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, brain fog, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, pain, menstrual issues, poor immunity, digestive issues, and resolution of “stuckness” of all kinds. Biofield Tuning may also help neutralize difficult emotions from the past, resolve old limiting beliefs, and help people to feel more free and spontaneous in the present. These are observations from clients and practitioners. Biofield Tuning is not intended to be a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. However, Biofield Tuning can be an effective complement to medical or psychological treatment.

What can I expect from a Biofield Tuning session?

A Biofield Tuning session typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes. You will be invited to relax fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. If laying down is physically uncomfortable for you, we will be able to hold the session while you are sitting on a chair. In your first session (Initial Biofield Tuning Session), you will be able to share your concerns, your story and your intent, which will provide the basis for deciding on the best approach for your unique situation. Each session is tailored to your individual needs at the time. In our session, I create a safe and supportive space held with high integrity to allow you to receive the harmonizing sound and vibrations of the tuning forks. As a certified Biofield practitioner I use tuning forks to feel into your Biofield and sense resistance and turbulence in your Biofield. Research suggests that your body's organizing intelligence uses the steady coherent frequencies of the tuning fork to "tune" itself leading to the release of tension and helping your body to enter a flow state.
