What can I expect with a private one-on-one Reiki session?

One-on-one Reiki sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for deep healing and nourishment. The sessions usually include a discussion at the start, for me to understand the purpose of your visit and the intention you are holding for the session. I will invite you to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance… We then go into a 1hr Therapy Session. The session can include Reiki / Sound or a combination of both, depending on your preference. During this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing. At the end of the session I will invite you to a short discussion during which you can share insights and any messages that came through to you during the session. Some delicious herbal tea is offered at the end of the session. At the end of the treatment, you will feel grounded, nourished, relaxed, rejuvenated, replenished, you may have also gained clarity and received messages from your spirit guides, or you may have worked out the answer to a specific question or an important decision in your life.

What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki Healing is a non-invasive modality that supports the physical, emotional and spiritual healing, restoring balance throughout the entire Chakra system. Through hands-on or distant healing, the practitioner will act as a channel for the universal healing energy to flow through their hands to encourage and stimulate a person's innate powers of self-healing. Reiki, as we know it today, began in the early 1900s. A Japanese spiritual leader, Mikao Usui, through study, research and meditation had an experience of empowerment that led to the development of Reiki as a healing system. Usui devoted the rest of his life to practising and teaching this art of living and healing which has now been passed on from generation to generation...

What is Sacred Sound Therapy?

Sacred Sound Therapy was used by many of the ancient civilizations as a tool to rebalancing the energy field. Sounds & vibrations have the ability to act on our individual cells and on our brainwave frequencies. Vibrations travel through the elements to provide mental, physical and spiritual healing and well-being. It brings soothing to our nervous system and stimulation to our immune system by providing deep relaxation and/or emotional releases, restoring balance and harmony within. A sound bath or sound massage may be a great opportunity to reconnect with ourselves and with our deepest intuitions, shift energy, as well as to manifest important desires in our lives.
