How often will I need to have a naturopathy consultation?

After the initial naturopathy consultation, I recommend booking in again in 3 weeks time to assess your progress with the treatment plan. This allows us to make any changes if required. Depending on your progress, I recommend another consultation in 4 weeks; this would have given sufficient time for nutritional and herbal supplementation to take effect. If you are happy with the treatment plan and your progress, we will start to push the consultations to 4-6 weeks as check-in appointments, or to address anything new that has come up.

What happens during the initial Naturopathy consultation?

During your initial naturopathy consultation, we will discuss your main concerns and relevant medical history. We will go through the different body systems to help me understand the root cause of your symptoms, as well as diet and lifestyle, where I may provide you with some recommendations. After the consultation, you will receive a tailored treatment plan, outline dietary & lifestyle recommendations, and any nutritional or herbal interventions we have discussed.
