No. I work with universal life force energy, as well as your spirit guides. The intelligence of healing itself is what guides us during sessions. We listen to the wisdom of your body and spirit.

What might someone experience during/after a session?

Some experience sensations through the body (tingles, heat/coolness, vibration, pulsing), visions, sounds, memories may come up, emotions, deep relaxation and inner peace, clarity. All of this may continue over the days following as the session continues to process & integrate.

What might happen in a sesion?

Sessions can include: somatic/energetic processing of past experiences, energetic clearings & realignments, subtle realm communication, ancestral healing, inner child work, emotional release/processing, Kundalini, somatic tools, verbal guidance, being held in presence, massage, womb work
