How many Holy Fire® Reiki sessions are needed?

There is no fixed number of Holy Fire Reiki sessions—each person’s journey is unique. Many people feel a noticeable shift after one session, particularly in relaxation, clarity, or emotional balance. For deeper or ongoing support, a series of sessions (such as 3–6) can help create lasting change and allow the healing to unfold gradually. Some people choose regular sessions as part of their self-care and wellbeing practice. Your body and energy will guide the process, and we can discuss what feels most supportive for you.

What happens in a Holy Fire® Reiki session?

A Holy Fire® Reiki session is a gentle, restorative experience. You will lie fully clothed on a treatment table in a calm, supportive space. The practitioner invites the Holy Fire® energy to flow, either with light hands-on placement or working just above the body. The energy moves intelligently, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic clearing. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep peace, or simply rest—every experience is unique. Sessions often leave you feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, and more connected to yourself, with healing continuing to integrate after the session.
