From the initial appointment, we should have a guide as to a potential working diagnosis and the underlying cause, and a plan of attack to overcome this issue. You will be treated from the very first session and if you're averse to adjustments or 'cracks' then we will simply avoid them, no questions asked. Other modalities are used depending on your preference and what is needed for the structure involved. You should leave your session feeling relaxed and feeling more 'in your body', although sometimes you can also feel a little tender depending on the approach we have agreed upon e.g. dry needling can sometimes be sore afterwards though I try my best to make it as pleasant as possible. Regardless by the next day you should feel a noticeable change!
