Kinesiology works nearly exactly the same online as it does in person. The main difference is that the Kinesiology will surrogate for you and do the muscle testing on themselves. They will still chat to you about things that are coming up and guide you to hold acupoints, visualise and work with vibrational healing remedies. Healing doesn't need a certain proximity to be effective. Clients are often blown away with how powerful and effective online sessions are!

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to "talk to your body." This allows a Kinesiologist to bypass the brain and communicate directly with the body's wisdom and your subconscious to get to the root cause of your issue. In a session we get a pattern of understanding about what has been playing out for you, we work through various energy systems (chakras, meridians, aura) and use vibrational tools and techniques to clear outdated patterning in your system. Most people feel light, clear and uplifted following a session.

Generally 2-4 sessions are recommended to get a big shift however you will notice results right after the first session.
