What is Yoni Steaming?

Yoni Steaming is a traditional practice where you sit over a warm herbal steam, allowing gentle heat and plant properties to support pelvic circulation and relaxation. The steam is not internal. The warmth naturally rises externally and encourages: • Increased blood flow to the pelvic area • Softening of tension in the womb space • Nervous system calming • A deeper sense of embodiment and connection Each steam is guided and held in a private, supported environment. It is often combined with grounding practices or bodywork for a more integrated experience. Herbal blends are chosen intentionally and are not one-size-fits-all.

Do I need to be experiencing fertility issues to book?

No. While womb work is often associated with fertility, the majority of women book for reasons unrelated to conception. Womb Hara Massage is a deeply supportive, full-body and womb-centred bodywork practice that works gently with the tissues, nervous system and energy of the body to invite release, regulation and reconnection. Rooted in ancient and embodied healing traditions, this work honours both physical and subtle layers — including the womb, Hara (lower abdomen), sacrum, coccyx and supporting muscular and fascial networks. Rather than focusing only on one area, sessions weave together slow, intentional touch and nervous system awareness to help: • Soften muscular tension and held stress throughout the body • Encourage circulation and vitality in the pelvic and abdominal region • Support the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest state) • Facilitate deeper body-mind connection and embodied safety This practice honours traditional body-wisdom and is offered in a trauma-aware, consent-led, and deeply held space where your comfort and boundaries are always central. In essence, it’s not just a massage — it’s a way to support restoration, emotional release, and reconnection at multiple levels of the body and nervous system.
