Yes; Acupuncture is safe. Rest assured, that I am fully trained, qualified, and registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). We only use sterilized single-use needles, and every needle is disposed of at the end of the session.

If this is your first appointment, you will receive a New Patient form by email. Please fill it out before your appointment. On the day of your appointment please bring any relevant lab or scan reports with you if you have them. For optimal results from your treatment, we recommend arriving at your appointment without feeling hungry or thirsty. Acupuncture operates in harmony with the body's energy, requiring a sufficient supply to work effectively—think of it as having enough fuel in the tank.

You may feel a mild, dull, and achy sensation that will immediately begin to fade, but most people feel no pain or little discomfort. Every person has a different pain tolerance, so we always ask patients how they feel. The depth of the needle is adjustable. Most people are amazed by how relaxed they feel after a treatment, and many fall asleep soon after the needles are inserted.
