Holistic counselling focuses on supporting the whole person—mind, body, and emotions—rather than just specific issues. It often includes approaches like meditation therapy and confidence building, helping you develop self-awareness, resilience, and a greater sense of balance in your life.

That’s really common—you’re not alone. Meditation isn’t about having a perfectly quiet mind, it’s about gently bringing your attention back when it wanders. Even a few minutes of trying is already a great start. There are also many different forms of meditation, so it’s really about finding what feels right for you.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?

Not at all! You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga—that’s actually one of the benefits you gain over time. Yoga meets you where you are, and flexibility improves gradually with practice. Just go at your own pace and focus on how your body feels.
