Do you work alongside my GP?

Absolutely. I see naturopathy as complementary to your medical care, not a replacement. I’m happy to work with your GP and your existing results, and I’ll always let you know if something needs medical follow-up.

What can I expect in my first consultation?

A warm, unrushed chat about your story: your symptoms, sleep, stress, diet, cycle and everything in between. We’ll piece together what might be going on, and you’ll leave with a clear, manageable plan. No overwhelm, no 47 supplements, I promise.

How do you blend science and traditional wisdom?

I like to think of it as having both feet on solid ground. I lean on current research and pathology testing to guide decisions, then bring in the traditional and empirical knowledge that’s been used with plants and food for generations. Science tells us what’s happening, and traditional wisdom often shows us how to gently support it.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health that looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms. We explore the root causes behind how you’re feeling, using nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle support and pathology testing to help your body find its way back to balance.
