After a comprehensive intake process to identify where you are and where you want to be, you will experience my unique process to support you in your goals. As a natural health coach and consultant I combine many different modalities, knowledge and experience and tailor it to what outcome you want. Expect some or a combination of discussion, coaching, guided BodyMind embodiment exercises, Reiki, aura healing, oracle cards, evidence-based stress and anxiety management, crystal work, guided meditation, natural medicine support and more. Clear, practical action steps are offered after each session.

As much as we would love to get instant results, healing and transformation takes time. Committing to a package or program gives you a clear supportive container with a specific outcome. It offers clear expectations from both parties - and you are more likely to "do the work" when you have committed to this process.

Yes! The work I do complements and positively amplifies other treatments and medications. You can view me as the string that helps to pull everything together, or simply supports you through your health improvement journey. I am happy to work alongside other practitioners in a coaching role. I have an in-depth knowledge of natural medicine that can help to simplify complex information and support other treatments you may be receiving.
