How many Theta Healing or Reiki II sessions will I need?

Theta Healing works at the belief level, so the number depends on how specific the issue is, how long the pattern has been present, the client's readiness to shift. 1-2 sessions for a specific issue (e.g., fear of public speaking). 3-5 sessions for deeper patterns (relationships, self worth). Ongoing sessions for layered trauma or long term growth. For a focused issue, 1-3 sessions is often enough to create a noticeable change. For Reiki II sessions, 1 session is good for stress relief or trying it out. 3 sessions is good for deeper emotional balancing. Ongoing monthly sessions for maintenance and self care. Some clients shift after one session, while others choose a series of three to allow deeper balancing. Many people return monthly for ongoing support. We'll reassess after each session, and you are always in control of how we proceed.

What's the difference between Theta Healing and Reiki II?

Theta Healing is more interactive and belief focused. I talk to the client and explore limiting beliefs or emotional patterns. You use a meditative 'Theta brainwave' state to shift subconscious blocks. The client is fully aware and involved. It supports releasing limiting beliefs, emotional healing, relationship patterns, confidence and mindset shifts. Reiki II is a hands-on (or distance) energy healing practice. The client lies down and relaxes. I channel the healing energy through gentle hand placement (or at a distance). The focus is on balancing the energy system. The client doesn't need to talk much. It supports stress relief, relaxation, emotional calming, physical and energetic balance. Theta Healing works more at the subconscious belief level, while Reiki II works primarily at the energy level.

What happens during a Theta Healing or Reiki II session?

A Theta Healing session begins with a conversation about what you would like to shift or heal. We gently explore beliefs or emotional patterns that may be contributing to this issue. Using guided techniques and intuitive insight, we work to release limiting beliefs and replace them with more supportive ones. sessions are collaborative, empowering and often bring clarity, emotional relief and new perspectives. Theta Healing can be done in person, on Zoom, or over the phone. In a Reiki session, you'll be fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table in a calm, quiet space. I gently place my hands lightly on your body, allowing healing energy to flow where it is needed. Most clients feel deeply relaxed, warm, or peaceful. The session supports stress relief, emotional balance and overall well-being. Reiki II can also be sent to a client over distance and is not limited to a physical location. During a session, we begin a brief chat via Zoom. You then relax in your own space while I send Reiki II energy. Afterwards, we reconnect to discuss any insights or shifts you experienced. You don't need anything special - simply rest and remain open.
