How does the process work?

We’ll begin by gently regulating your breath to help your body settle into a calm, receptive state. From there, I work along the body’s energetic pathways, with particular focus on the hands and feet. As I move through these areas, I’m able to sense where energy is blocked. These points can sometimes feel tender, but releasing them often brings immediate relief. Many people feel noticeably lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed after the session — and in some cases, long-term discomfort can ease significantly, sometimes even after just one treatment. A one-hour session is usually enough for an initial treatment, and follow-up work is only needed if we feel it will support your ongoing wellbeing.

Can you help people with long-term issues?

Yes, I can help people with long-term issues. Many clients with long-term or recurring concerns have found relief through this work. While every situation is unique and results can vary, energetic blockages often play a role in ongoing discomfort, and releasing them can create meaningful shifts. If the issue is primarily structural, I may recommend complementary support, but in most cases I’m able to assist in improving ease, balance, and overall wellbeing.
