Can I see a herbalist alongside my GP or other healthcare professionals?

Of course! I believe traditional herbal medicine and conventional healthcare can complement one another beautifully. I'll always consider your existing medications, treatments and medical history, and recommend further investigation or referral when appropriate.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone is different! Some people notice improvements quite quickly, while others with more longstanding concerns may need ongoing support. We generally schedule follow-up consultations every 6–8 weeks to review your progress and make adjustments as needed.

Do I need to take lots of supplements?

Absolutely not! I'm a big believer in keeping things simple. I primarily work with bespoke liquid herbal medicines alongside food and lifestyle recommendations. My goal is to create a realistic, affordable plan that works for you, without unnecessary supplements.

What happens during an initial consultation?

We'll have a relaxed, in-depth chat about your health concerns, medical history, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep and emotional wellbeing. I'll look at the bigger picture and work with you to create a personalised treatment plan that may include herbal medicine, nutritional guidance and simple lifestyle changes.

What can a clinical herbalist help with?

I support a wide range of health concerns, with a particular interest in women's hormonal health, digestive issues, stress, sleep, fatigue, skin concerns and vaginal health. I also love working with people who simply want to take a more preventative, holistic approach to their wellbeing.
