What if I can't be hypnotised?

This is a very common concern, but the truth is: most people can be. Hypnosis is simply a natural state of deep relaxation and focused awareness—similar to the theta brainwave state, which we all naturally enter twice a day: when we’re falling asleep and waking up. If you’re nervous, you can prepare by listening to guided visualisations or meditations before your session. This helps train your mind to relax and follow gentle guidance—just like in the session.

What if I make it all up or imagine everything?

It’s completely normal to wonder this. The conscious mind often doubts or analyzes the experience—but that doesn’t mean it’s not real or meaningful. Information received in hypnosis often comes through symbols, sensations, or “imagination,” but it can carry deep truth, emotional clarity, or healing. Whether it’s a past life, metaphor, or soul wisdom, what matters is the insight and transformation it brings.

Is Quantum Hypnosis like mind control?

Not at all. You are always in control during a Quantum Hypnosis session. It’s not like stage hypnosis or manipulation. You’ll be in a relaxed, meditative state where you can talk, choose what to share, and even open your eyes at any time if you wish. The process is collaborative, and nothing can happen without your permission. It’s about empowerment, not control.
