What can I expect after the session?

Clients always tell me that they had the best nights sleep ever and that they felt quite tired the following day. This is very normal as we are moving and clearing energetic blockages. You may also have a slight headache afterwards as your body detoxes from the energies being moved.

Will I be touched during the session?

Only when I place my hand on your heart to check your heart centre. I will also gently place your crystals on you and remove them again Other than that there is no contact of the physical

What does a session look like?

After meeting you, I will ask to connect to your guides and higher self to ask permission to hold space for you. I will then ask you to intuitively choose the crystals for your healing. You will lie in a restful state on the therapy bed while I journey through your energy centres and I will talk out loud about what information and messages I receive. I may use a variety of instruments during the session and will ensure to bring you back safely and ground you before you leave.
