Can I do a session for just herbal medicine?

Yes, I do offer herbal sessions; however there are limits to what I will do. I always require paperwork about medications, health conditions and consent before dispensing or scripting for any herbs, and I may require a longer session to begin with depending on the complexity of your case.

What makes your Intuitive Naturopathy sessions different from standard naturopathic treatment?

In my sessions, clients receive a truly holistic healing experience. We cover all the points that a classical naturopathy treatment includes, like diet, lifestyle, herbs and nutritional supplements. My sessions also include card readings, flower essences, ritual suggestions and other modalities that I believe help to facilitate deep and lasting change.

How often should I do a Flower Medicine session?

Seasonally is a great rhythm for most clients, though you can do sessions as close as 4-6 weeks apart if you feel it is needed!
