Are Holistic Counselling sessions in person or online?

Sessions are available in person in Camden NSW as well as online through Zoom, giving you flexibility to access support in the way that suits you best.

How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

Finding the right therapist is important and the best way to know is by experiencing the space for yourself. I offer a complimentary consultations where you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see how it feels to connect prior to booking in.

What concerns do you work with?

I support adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, low self-worth, stress, relationship patterns, trauma, and feeling “stuck” in old behaviours. I also offer complimentary consultations so you can get a sense of whether we’re the right fit before committing to a session.
