During a Gestalt coaching session, will you tell me where I’m wrong and what I should do to get what I want?

Too often we neglect our true essence, but it is always with us, seeking an opportunity to reveal itself and help us feel finally in harmony. My sessions are designed to shed the roles and masks we wear in daily life and to express the most genuine and hidden parts of ourselves. Others act as mirrors, and the group functions as a container for the flow of personalities and narcissistic outbursts. Naturally, individual freedom ends where others’ freedom begins: expressing oneself freely means acting in a safe, respectful, and empathetic space, without harming anyone. Dance Movement Therapy sessions are a tool to explore how comfortable we feel with ourselves, our true identity, and our body, and to understand the significance of expression and communication. Finding our true voice within the group is an experience that prepares us to express it also in daily life, as it is a deep and symbolic process. In Expression Primitive sessions, voice and gestures are used to evoke our symbolic world. Except for brief verbal reflections at the beginning or end, the use of conventional words and verbal communication is intentionally avoided, to encourage contact with the most intimate and primitive part of ourselves.
