How does therapy work online?

The same as it does in person, just from your couch instead of mine! We meet in a secure video call, from the comfort of your own space. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera.

Is online therapy as helpful as in-person therapy?

Absolutely! But this is specific to you. Some people prefer to meet online, others crave the in-person connection. Ask yourself (and be honest) about which method of counselling will serve you best.

Do you offer a free meet-up call?

Yes! As my admin capacity grows I now have space in my calendar for free connection calls. Book via Bodhi, or if the times don't work send me a message.
