How many sessions would I need

It all depends on how you are after a session. Each individual is different. I ask my clients to listen to their own bodies and know when they need to come back to see me.

Are your treatments suitable for children

Yes it's very calming for children. The body needs the sense of safety to heal

Do you do private treatments or group sessions

I specialise in providing individualised support for the nervous system, including one-on-one sessions. I have also developed a Fascia Flow class that harnesses the power of movement and breath to integrate body and mind, promoting a sense of presence. Moreover, our monthly workshop, "Healing Your Nervous System," aims to empower participants with practical tools to manage their emotions and navigate daily life with greater ease.
